Spiritual Psychology Resources

Here are a few links to sites that offer a variety of valuable resources and authentic teachings for the student of spiritual psychology. I hope to build this list as I become aware of other trustworthy sites and resources.

Yoga Tradition

For info and teachings within the yoga tradition, questions and answers with my spiritual teacher, Baba Hari Dass, and much more, go to www.hanumanfellowship.org

www.vedanta.org, site of the Vedanta Society of Southern California, has links to all Vedanta Centers in the USA and worldwide + teachings, etc.

Also, I recommend www.easwaran.org for access to the works of Eknath Easwaran.

You can also try visiting www.yrec.info, site of Georg Feuerstein's Traditional Yoga Studies

Christian Mysticism

www.christianmystics.com seems to offer much good information, both ancient and modern, and many resources. You can read about Teresa of Avila here and many, many other saints, teachings, etc. Even Emerson (I call him the "father of American spirituality") can be found included here.

I have learned a great deal from American New Thought spiritual teachers H. Emilie Cady and Joel Goldsmith. Try the following sites: websyte.com/Unity/cady.htm and www.joelgoldsmith.com

Jung

There are, of course, many Jungian sites and resources on the web. But I have not yet found one that satisfactorily addresses the theme "Jung & spiritual development". If you know of a quality site along these lines, please contact me. There is the Jungian Robert Sardello's spiritual psychology site, www.spiritualschool.org, but I personally don't gravitate toward his vision of spiritual psychology.

If you are new to Jung, I strongly recommend you begin by reading his autobiography, Memories, Dreams, Reflections. The volumes published by Princeton Univ. Press called Psychology and the East and The Psychology of Kundalini Yoga contain rich material.
